Namyong Worldwide Express services is under terms and conditions for delivery documents and parcels of Namyong Worldwide Express. Recently terms and conditions are available on www.namyongwex.com.


1. International services
1.1 Term of payment
– Cash
– Credit
– Other channels according to terms and conditions of the company.
1.2 Term of transportation charge
– All shipments are charged by actual weight or volumetric whichever the greater (Volumetric = [ W x L X H (cm)] / 5,000 = Kilogram)
– Rates are included Fuel and VAT (7%)
– Rates are not included import duty & tax at destination country
– Rates are included pick up shipment and no minimum to pick up shipment
– Rates are not included packaging and packing service (if any)
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to change rates without prior notice.
1.3 Other services
– Remote area surcharge 1,200 THB will be applied depending on destination country.
– Elevated Risk countries (Afgfanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Yemen) surcharge will be applied 1,200 THB per shipment
– Restricted Destination (Central African Rep, Ivory Coast, Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen) surcharge will be applied 1,800 THB per shipment
– Address Correction Fee 650 THB per shipment will be applied in case address is invalid.
– Overweight charge 4,500 THB per shipment will be applied for shipment weight over than 70 Kilograms
– Oversize charge 4,500 THB per shipment will be applied for shipment Length or Height or Width is more than 120cm
– Return shipment will be charged 100 THB in case shipment has problem to ship out.
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to change rates without prior notice.
1.4 Booking cut off time
– Cut off 12.00 A.M for booking pick up shipment
1.5 Delivery conditions
– ID card is required for booking
– the list of prohibited Goods, restricted goods, and dangerous Goods are available on “list of Prohibited Goods, Restricted goods, and Dangerous Goods (International)”
– Incase Namyong Worldwide Express has to refund, the process will be proceeded 7 working days after the date of confirmation for refund.
1.6 Shipment insurance
– Incase shipment is damaged and lost, accept claim according to shipment values but not exceed THB 3,000 per shipment for Air transportation and not exceed THB 2,000 per shipment for car transportation
– For claim details please refer to ” NAMYONG WORLDWIDE EXPRESS Co., Ltd. claim policy”
1.7 Reject delivery or out of service
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to temporarily out of service or reject to delivery or delivery under emergency terms or conditions without prior notice such as shipment is unexpectedly rejected, system error, etc.
– If Namyong Worldwide Express found that delivery is not according to terms and conditions, Namyong Worldwide Express can reject to pick up or deliver shipment. Namyong Worldwide Express can also reject to serve according to Namyong Worldwide Express consideration.
– Namyong Worldwide Express can reject to pick up and delivery shipment which may damage other delivery or Namyong Worldwide Express’s equipment or unsafe packing accoding to Namyong Worldwide Express consideration.
1.8 The right to inspect
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to open and inspect shipment according to law. Namyong Worldwide Express is delivery representative who is controlled and has to operate according to safety policy as law.

1.9 General terms and conditions
– Namyong Worldwide Express will not respond Loss or damage to parcels caused by circumstances beyond the control of NAMYONG WORLDWIDE EXPRESS Co., Ltd. including but not limited to electrical or magnetic damage or the removal of images, data or records in the form of electronic or photographic any defect or feature relating to the condition of the goods, including other “force majeure” such as earthquakes, cyclones, storms, floods, fogs, wars, plane crashes, embargoes, riots, insurgency or industrial action)
– Namyong Worldwide Express do not support and do not involve in Infringement of Intellectual Property, Copyright, law or illegal information
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to change terms and conditions such as delivery process, rates, etc. without prior notice.


2. Domestic service
2.1 Term of payment
– Cash

– Other channels according to terms and conditions of the company.
2.2 Term of transportation charge

2.3 Other services
– Remote area 50 THB will be applied for delivery address in remote area. For remote area please refer to remote area table
– Return fee (Receiver Reject) will be charged 50 % of delivery fee
– Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to change rates without prior notice.
2.4 Booking cut off time
– Cut off 12.00 A.M for booking pick up shipment

2.5 Delivery conditions
– Shipment dimension W+L+H do not exceed 280 cm. and one side do not exceed 150 cm
– ID card is required for booking
– For prohibited list, restricted list and unable to compensated items Please refer to “Prohibited list, Restricted list and Unable to compensated items (Domestic)”
– Incase Namyong Worldwide Express has to refund, the process will be proceeded 7 working days after the date of confirmation for refund.

3.1 Term of service
Website/Application access of Namyong Worldwide Express mean customer accept law and regulation of Thailand including terms and conditions of Namyong Worldwide Express policy
3.2 Ownership of website/application information
Customer accept and acknowledge that Namyong Worldwide Express is ownership and exclusive right in information on website/application and also accept that the information may be incorrect in current situation. Namyong Worldwide Express has reserved the right to change information on website/application without prior notice and permission from customer. Namyong Worldwide Express will not compensate the damage in case customer use the information on website/application.
3.3 Copyright and Trademark

– Applicant accepts to be member of Namyong Reach of Namyong Worldwide Express and consents Namyong Worldwide Express issues the member number for contacting and connecting between applicant and company until membership will be cancelled or ended. Applicant must follow terms and conditions of company throughout being the Namyong Reach member.
– Applicant has to be natural person or legal person.

– Applicant certifies that the giving information is correct and will let the company know if the information is changed.
– Applicant agrees and consents that privilege that company offer maybe difference depend on member level, access history or using services and/or company’s policy or marketing
– Applicant can apply point, discount, or privilege after receive confirmation from company
– Company has reserved the right to change terms and conditions of membership, point, discount, privilege without prior notice.
– If there are any disputes, applicant agrees and consents that the company can inspect and suspend the dispute. The company arbitration is the final
– Applicant agrees and consents that company can reject application or can cancel membership without prior notice according to company consideration
– Member will receive point, discount, or privilege after using the service according to terms and conditions of company. Point, discount, or privilege will be calculated from net amount after payment. Remaining balance will not be included next payment.
– the expired date of point, discount, or privilege is according to terms and conditions of company.
– Applicant agrees and consents terms and conditions of company when submit the application and the change which may be occur without prior notice.
